Data Protection Officer (DPO)

A Data Protection Officer (DPO) has not yet been formally appointed by VYNTRA.

Under Rule 9 of the DPDP Rules, 2025, a DPO must be appointed and their contact details published. Until a DPO is appointed, all data protection queries, grievances, and data subject requests are handled by the VYNTRA support team.

Acknowledgment

We acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours.

Investigation

Our DPO investigates the grievance thoroughly.

Resolution

We resolve the grievance within 90 days as required by Rule 14.

Escalation to Data Protection Board

If you are not satisfied with our response or if we fail to resolve your grievance within 90 days, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the Data Protection Board of India (DPBI) established under Section 18 of the DPDP Act. You may also file an appeal with the Appellate Tribunal under Rule 22 of the DPDP Rules, 2025.
