  • Employment: Joining date, designation, department, reporting manager
  • Financial: Salary, bank account, PAN, Aadhaar (all encrypted)
  • Location: GPS coordinates at check-in/out, live tracking (only with your consent)
  • Attendance: Selfie photographs, IP address, device info
  • Usage: Browser type, OS, access logs, feature usage

Why we process it (specific purposes):

  • Workforce management via HRMS platform
  • Payroll processing with statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS)
  • GPS-based attendance verification with photo proof
  • Live field team tracking (only with explicit consent)
  • Leave, reimbursement & asset management
  • Sales tracking & incentive calculation
  • Compliance with Indian labor and tax laws

Your rights & how to exercise them:

  • • Withdraw consent: As easy as giving it — from your profile settings
  • • Access, correct, or erase your data: Via Data Subject Request in dashboard
